What Business IP Telephony Can Do

I remember this was about this time last year when I was interviewed by an American for a job order for home based customer service position.  During the interview he asked about Business IP Telephony.  At that time, I didn’t what it was so I read up on it.  Business IP Telephony or VOIP or Voice Over Internet Protocol is speaking thru the computer by communicating thru the internet..  This saves a lot of money because instead of calling long-distance calls to your love ones at long distance rates, well, at the end of the year, your company will go bankrupt. 

We don’t want that do we?
