It is best to be very organized when you are shopping for expensive electronics.  You want to be happy with your purchase, and you certainly don’t want to be swayed towards a decision that you regret by a salesperson, so decide what is important to you before you shop.  For the best camera cell phone, you want to make sure that the phone has at least 5 megapixel quality if you want to take many photos.  Also, make sure they can be exported to your PC or elsewhere, and that there are settings for a flash, different shooting situations and more.
