Immediate Customer Service Hotels in Indianapolis

We found out something very frustrating on our drive across the country on a recent family trip. Some of the hotels that offer certain things on their websites do not really provide all of those amenities or services and sometimes it is a little too late once you have checked into your room to demand a refund. One such place that we thought we were going to have a problem was with Ciomfort Inn South Indianapolis but once we made our necessities known and communicated we picked that hotel because of the website offerings, we were quickly taken care of.
