Accomodations In Lake Taupo

If you are visiting the Lake Taupo region of New Zealand, there are many places where you can stay. On last count, the region has at least 50 hotels/motels to choose from.
One of the things I noticed in the reviews of the motels in Lake Taupo, was a category recommendation for what type of individual is best accomodated i.e., singles, families, toddlers. This was a very helpful feature. I don’t travel much and need this kind of information.
As you would expect, the prices due range from over $1,000 per day to figures in the double digits. Much like anywhere I would think.
Speak with your travel agent or go on-line and poke around. You could even call New Zealand and speak with management directly for information. It’s always possible that you could get a special deal if you negotiate directly. Have Fun !
