Citi Premier Pass Card

March 28th, 2009

Citigroup has been under a lot of scrutiny lately and has fallen upon very trying times during this current recession.  But what can be said in a positive light is that Citi has always been a good name in the business of credit and that the government has it in its best interest to keep the company going to avoid systematic risk on a national and maybe even global scale.  Citi offers a great travel reward card called the Premier Pass Elite level.  Although the card has a high annual fee of $75 it comes with some great perks.  You can earn double points with everyday purchases ($1 = 2 points) and you can also earn specific airline miles when you purchase airline tickets for yourself or anyone else (miles are on a $1 – 1 point ratio).  Also, some flight purchases include complimentary companion tickets (limited of course).
