How To Sell A Timeshare Without Hassle

A friend showed me how to sell a timeshare. Just like what he did last year he solicited the service of a timeshare company that did all the work for him. Once he and the buyer reached a decision on the price the just waited until the deal was closed and the ownership was transferred to the buyer’s name. He, of course, made sure that he won’t be embarrassed at the condition of the property because he went to the house and checked it himself. Then he signed the documents. Who else would give a better advice on how to sell a timeshare than him?
