Looking for the Ultimate Jewish Vacation

I’ve been hearing rumors lately that there are options out there for vacations with a real Jewish theme, that keep Shabbat, have a Rabbi around, and maintain a Jewish atmosphere, no matter how exotic the location is. I’ve been looking for something like this for years. I’ve always loved travelling, but after trying to keep Kosher in Japan once (I actually had to learn how to ask “does this fish have scales?” in Japanese), I gave up. I’ve been dreaming of a jewish vacation for years, even if it was an all Kosher cruise. The opportunity to really explore the world for a change is so welcome!
