We could request late check-out at Seminyak Villas

Here below are some of my questions to seminyak villas before finally making a booking with them.  we are from United we are looking for two bedroom villa only on 13 november until 17 november. We only 2 adult and one children can you pls let me know if you have availability for these dates ? we have some question :  1 do you have a cot for a baby, 2 is the price inclusive of tax ?  3, are there any special offers 4. we will be staying in ubud before – do you include in the cost ?  5. is this a compound of several villa or is it just one villa ?
